Job Vacancy: Junior ICT Engineer (Level 2 / Junior Level 3)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior ICT Engineer operating at Level 2 or Junior Level 3 to join our technical team.
The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure, and is ready to grow into more complex systems and project work under senior engineers.
This role is not entry-level. Candidates must already be comfortable working independently on Level 2 tasks and assisting with Level 3 activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 technical support for clients (remote and on-site)
• Assist senior engineers with Level 3 troubleshooting and deployments
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of:
o Network equipment (switches, firewalls, access points)
o Servers (physical and virtual)
o End-user systems and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application issues
• Assist in ICT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Maintain clear documentation, diagrams, and service reports
• Follow internal procedures, security standards, and best practices
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while contributing to resolution

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years experience in an ICT support or engineering role
• Strong understanding of:
o Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
o Windows Server & Active Directory
o Microsoft 365 / cloud-based services
• Experience with firewalls and network security concepts
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V preferred)
• Ability to work independently and within a technical team
• Good communication skills in English
• Valid driving licence (on-site work required)

• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, HPE Aruba, or similar vendors
• Exposure to:
o VoIP / unified communications
o ELV systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
o Monitoring and backup solutions
• Industry certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Fortinet NSE, etc.)
