This is a hands-on role where you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring every tool, piece of equipment, and vehicle is where it needs to be, when it's needed.
About the role
You'll manage the full spectrum of our stores, tools inventory, and vehicle fleet operations. From tracking inventory levels to coordinating fleet maintenance, you'll keep our resources organized, accessible, and in perfect working order. This full-time position offers variety, responsibility, and the satisfaction of seeing your systems streamline company-wide operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage tools and equipment storage across all locations
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle fleet maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Process and fulfill internal requests for tools, equipment, and vehicle usage
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Track fleet metrics including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle documentation
- Partner with suppliers and maintenance contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Generate reports on inventory status, fleet utilization, and logistics costs
- Optimize storage systems and implement best-practice logistics processes
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
