As our portfolio of National Solution Projects continues to expand worldwide, we are seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our technical team.
This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, designing resilient infrastructures, and implementing enterprise-grade network and cybersecurity solutions. This position is not a management role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.
Role Overview
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you will serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex networking and security issues while leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of secure network infrastructures across national and international projects.
You will work closely with solution architects, project managers, vendors, and customers to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that meet demanding operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support and expert troubleshooting for complex networking and cybersecurity environments.
- Design secure enterprise and national-scale network infrastructures.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, migration, and commissioning of new network and security solutions.
- Develop high and low-level technical designs (HLDs and LLDs).
- Configure and optimise routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and secure remote access solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure solutions follow cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with project teams during planning, implementation, testing, and handover.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical mentoring and knowledge sharing to engineering teams when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise or national-scale ICT infrastructures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
